A simple combination of FLOUR, WATER, LOW SODIUM SALT plus enrichment in selective variants. All our bakes have a suitable amount of whole-wheat and other protein and fiber-rich flours.
Ingredients - 95% Whole-wheat flour, 5% White wheat Flour, Salt, Water, 100% WholeWheat Levain/ Starter & Immunity Mix Seeds
Vegan and Suger-Free, Contains Gluten and soya.
Fermentation - 18+hrs
Storage- Keep in an airtight container. Keep away from moisture
Shelf life - 3 days at room temperature. 7days if refrigerated
